Environmental Drilling is used to determine the existence of contamination in soil or groundwater. Discrete undisturbed soil and groundwater samples are recovered from the subsurface in order to evaluate, monitor and remediate contamination impacting the environment.

Mud rotary drill rigs utilize high capacity positive displacement mud pumps to circulate mud or organic based fluids while drilling in overburden to stabilize the borehole and remove cuttings.

Auger rigs utilize hollow stem augers of various sizes (3 ¼ inch ID to 10 ¼ inch ID) to drill and sample soil borings and install monitoring wells in overburden formations.

Vacuum excavators are portable, dual-purpose machines which are both powerful and "soft" excavation machines, able to dig small, precisely-controlled holes with high-pressure air or water and multipurpose vacuum systems.
